Operability UP
Traditionally, installation and operation of the program controlling the curing system were difficult. Operability has been improved through the use of an in-built computer specialized in concrete curing.
Also, in the traditional program controller, even for the same temperature pattern, data for each tank was introduced individually. With the new easy-to-use system, a set of data is introduced once for several curing tanks
Control Function UP
It includes not only the PV start function (*) as in the traditional system, but also a control start function of curing after a set waiting time
(*) PV start: Function that advances the program to the current temperature point
Display Function UP
The traditional program controller showed numbers indicating temperature and elapsed time. Now, graphs indicating the temperature pattern are shown, making it easy to check the temperature pattern (program)
Alarm Function UP
An alarm that indicates if temperature exceeds the set temperature in the curing tank, or if the temperature pattern has deviated from the set pattern, has been incorporated as standard equipment
Recording Function UP
The recorder has been improved from a device that indicated only the temperature to a recorder with multiple printing functions that allows recording of date and time
Alarm Summary
The five most recent alarm incidents are displayed for each tank
Compact
The built-in computer makes the large panel for the program controller unnecessary, reducing the equipment size

Control of Water Supply
Control of the water supply can be carried out at once regardless of the water level monitoring method of the water treatment plant (water level sensor, electrode, float switch) or the plant model

MI Feeding Control Function
Multiple control adapted to M-NET2 allows assessment of the boiler combustion conditions, making it possible to control MI chemical feeding of up to a maximum of three lines. Among these, control of header chemical feeding for up to two steam lines can be carried out

Drainage Related Control Function
Drain recovery rate is shown upon availability of data for boiler steam output and replenishing water. Control of starting drain (equipment in a cold state) is also possible by monitoring of temperature of returning drain

Signal Transformation Function
A signal transformation function to connect the water treatment equipment for DS-NET to M-NET is available. Also, using the M-NET2 signal line, transmission of information from the water treatment plant to the operation panel in the boiler chamber and to the control equipment is possible
Surroundings Monitoring Function
This makes it possible to monitor instantaneous flow, raw water pressure, consumable goods (chemical replenishment, replacement of reagents or carbon dioxide gas cylinder)
