We consider that it is desirable to base the division of profits on stabilized and continued practice, reinforce the management basis, increase retained profits to prepare for reinforcement of management basis and future business expansion, and allocate fair profits corresponding to business results of the Company.
Pursuant to this policy for division of profits, dividend increase, special dividend, etc. will be determined while considering the profit level, payout ratio, business environment, etc. based on consistent and continued allocation of profit, and efforts will be made to improve stable profit allocation level. In addition, in the business of boilers, food processing machine, medical equipment, water treatment units, boiler chemicals, etc., we promote development of the first in the industry new products to take customer needs in advance, focus on creation of new demands and try to expand the business.
Furthermore, we also consult on products for energy related and environment related new business such as heat control units for natural gas cogeneration and analyzer for environmental pollutant.
