AI incorporated for an even more stable steam supply
A computer has been incorporated into the waste heat recovery boiler to ensure continued overall efficiency of cogeneration. A more detailed control allows highly efficient and stable waste recovery for a safe and extended useful life
|
 |
Operation with a high level of safety and accuracy

|
|
Compared to traditional pressure switches, a more accurate control stabilizes the steam pressure.
Automatic compensation of the boiler data according to steam pressure has made possible a more accurate control.
|
Monitoring of waste gas pressure activates by-pass operation in case of failure.
|
AI function carries out automatic drainage at a given flow rate, keeping water concentration in the boiler at a set value. If water concentration in the boiler exceeds a set value, the sensor detects it and automatic drainage is activated, water concentration in the boiler is thoroughly monitored.
Water concentration control is crucial for a high quality steam supply. |
|
- AI function
A more reliable steam supply
Control changes are carried out under strict safety measures, at the same time that steam stop is prevented, continuous engine operation is maintained.
| 1. Multiple damper control |
3. Counter flow avoidance control |
2. Multiple water level control
|
|
|
- Display function
Boiler Stop Preventive Measures
A large display shows the contents, and indicates the most effective maintenance measures to prevent steam stop.
| 1. Damper failure |
5. Feed water shortage |
2. Scale deposition
|
6. Blow period |
| 3. Pump capacity decrease |
7. Water level electrode failure |
4. Soot deposition |
8. Other 30 items such as counter-flow |
|
- Information and communication function
More effective Online Maintenance
Signal monitor allows easy assessment of current steam pressure, exhaust gas pressure, and boiler electro-conductivity, making it possible to establish a highly accurate online maintenance.
| 1. Operation condition signal |
4. Heat management signal |
2. Message/Alarm signal
|
5. Parameters setting signal |
| 3. Failure/event signal |
|
|
- Temperature control function
Seven items corresponding to heat management for the boiler itself are shown in the panel
In order to maintain a safe and stable operation, seven items, including steam output, blow amount are shown in the panel as operation data. A simple and easy to see and understand display has been installed. Boiler conditions can be assessed at a glance.
| 1. Steam output |
5. Feed water temperature |
2. Blow amount
|
6. Operation time |
| 3. Exhaust gas temperature at inlet |
7. Operation counter |
4. Exhaust gas temperature at outlet |
