The importance of saving and lowering the cost of tap water has become increasingly evident for industry in recent years. To lower costs, Miura is proposing the utilization of well water (ground water). Being cheaper than tap water, the use of well water would reduce costs considerably, with the installation expenditures recovered in a few years. In order to be able to use well water at the same safety level as tap water, hollow fiber membrane filter that provide a high degree of filtering are presented.
