GO-EHT

GO-EHT

Features

This system provides advantages

Fully automatic sample preparation system for POPs analysis, GO-EHT provides the most precise dioxins and PCBs analysis and great analysis-flow efficiency.

selectivity

GO-EHT significantly improves selectivity of dioxins and PCBs in your current measurement.
As shown in the left chromatogram, some interference cannot be eliminated through a manual clean-up method. In contrast, any interference has clearly disappeared after using GO-EHT as shown in the right-bottom chromatogram.

Heating purification

This technique greatly improves selectivity of your current dioxins and PCBs analysis.

Less than 100 ml of solvent per sample

Requires only 90 mL of hexane and 5mL of toluene, no dichloromethane is used. Thus, this system is both user- and eco-friendly.

No cross contamination in the valveless system

There are no solenoid valves on the DXNs and PDBs sample flow lines. All columns and tubings are disposable. Thus, no cross contamination can be caused.

Fully automated fractionation

This instrument is designed to efficiently produce concentrated and fractionated dioxins and PCBs in the concentration columns by using a special surface-treated adsorbent, without involving any concentrator.

Flexible methods

It is possible to create several methods depending on samples and they can be run instead of standard methods.

Extremely small amount of final fraction.

The final fraction volume is an extreamly small amount of 1-2mL with great condition to move on the measurement step immediately, enables increasing analysis-flow efficiency.

Versatility

Adequate columns and methods enable to handle wide variety of samples.

Guaranteed quality

Quality performance is guaranteed for each lot and all records are disclosed on our web site.

Specifications

GO-EHT offers purification with excellent robustness; even if the sample amount varies, the RSD is less than 10% in almost all cases. The purification column is designed to assure repeatability and reproducibility of dioxins and PCBs analysis in complex matrices such as food. In addition, the recovery of DL-PCBs and NDL-PCBs is improved compared with that in manual methods(shown in the bar chart).
