GO-EHT

Features
GO-EHT series provide high accuracy and reproducibility
Fully automatic sample preparation system for POPs analysis, GO-EHT provides the most precise dioxins and PCBs analysis and great analysis-flow efficiency.

Selectivity
GO-EHT significantly improves selectivity of dioxins and PCBs in your current measurement.
As shown in the left chromatogram, some interference cannot be eliminated through a manual clean-up method. In contrast, any interference has clearly disappeared after using GO-EHT as shown in the right-bottom chromatogram.

Heat treatment at purification process
This technique greatly improves selectivity of your current dioxins and PCBs analysis.
Less than 100 ml of solvent per sample
Requires only 90 mL of hexane and 5mL of toluene, no dichloromethane is used. Thus, this system is both user- and eco-friendly.
No concern cross contamination
Pinch valves are adopted for Dioxins and PCBs elution flow lines. All columns and tubings are one time use.
Fully automated fractionation
Analyte is efficiently concetrated and fractionated to dioxins and PCBs in the concentration columns by using scrupulous surface-treated adsorbent without involving any concentrators.
Flexible methods
It is possible to create several methods depending on samples and they can be run instead of standard methods.
Extremely low volume of final liquid
The final fraction volume is extremely small amount of 1-2mL with great condition to move on the measurement step immediately, enables increasing analysis-flow efficiency.
Versatility
Adequate columns and methods enable to handle wide variety of samples.
Guaranteed quality
Quality performance is guaranteed for each lot and all records are disclosed on our web site.
Analytical method variation
GO-EHT offers a wide range of possibilities depending on the method modification and columns used.
Separation of PCDD/DFs and all 209 isomers of PCBs into each fractions
By using one of the standard methods and the GO-209PCB column set, it is possible to collect only PCDD/DFs in the DXNs fraction and all 209 isomers of PCBs in the PCBs fraction.
Recovery rate of DXN fraction

Recovery rate of PCB fraction

PBDEs
By using a modified standard method and a 20φ column set, simultaneous analysis of PCDD/DFs, PCBs, and PBDEs is possible. PCDD/DFs and non-orthoPCBs are recovered in the DXNs fraction, while mono-orthoPCBs, indicator PCBs, and PBDEs are recovered in the PCB fraction.
